Services in Action

Leading systemic change at the state level
As a consultant for the Oregon Department of Education (ODE), I partnered with the executive team to lead a cross-functional COVID response, align siloed teams, and navigate rapid changes. My work included statewide community engagement to inform guidance and resource allocation, managing agency-wide projects, and synthesizing emerging content to support districts transitioning to remote learning.

Reporting to the Deputy Director, I conducted analyses, authored legislative reports, and led initiatives to secure funding for early literacy initiatives, streamline operations across 120+ grants, and evaluate a state agency merger.

Driving district-wide innovation and alignment.

I collaborated with senior leaders at Portland Public Schools (PPS) to advance strategic initiatives. As a consultant reporting to the Chief Academic Officer, I co-launched a virtual school during the pandemic and aligned early childhood education with the district's vision for third-grade success. My contributions to the Superintendent’s Strategic Plan advisory group and efforts to rebuild core instructional and support systems reflect my commitment to research-based improvements that drive student success.

As Director of Account Management at Amplify (formerly Wireless Generation), I led the customer success team through rapid growth, achieving exceptional renewal rates and fostering strategic partnerships with education leaders nationwide. By streamlining technical implementation and support operations and coaching teams to enhance responsive customer service and complex problem resolution, I improved renewal rates, customer engagement, and satisfaction while also improving operational efficiencies.
