Driving District-Wide Innovation and Alignment
Collaborated with senior leaders at Portland Public Schools to lead system-wide initiatives. Co-launched a K–12 virtual school during the pandemic, aligned early childhood strategy with third-grade success goals, and contributed to the Superintendent’s Strategic Plan. Efforts focused on building strong instructional systems and supporting research-based improvements that deliver results.
Improving Customer Satisfaction & Operational Efficiency
At Amplify (formerly Wireless Generation), I led the customer success team through rapid growth, achieving exceptional renewal rates and fostering strategic partnerships with education leaders nationwide. By streamlining technical implementation and support operations and coaching teams to enhance responsive customer service and complex problem resolution, I improved renewal rates, customer engagement, and satisfaction while also improving operational efficiencies.
Leading Systemic Change at the State Level
As a strategic advisor to the Oregon Department of Education, partnered with executive leadership on statewide COVID response, cross-agency coordination, and ARP ESSER rollout. Led legislative analysis, authored reports, secured early literacy funding, and evaluated agency operations—supporting the transition from crisis response to long-term system improvement.
Opening Pathways to College and Careers
Led a regional professional learning community to expand access to advanced coursework through partnerships between high schools and Clackamas Community College. Facilitated cross-sector collaboration to strengthen dual credit and CTE pathways in advanced math and automotive technology—accelerating opportunities for students historically underserved in college and career preparation.
Sustaining and Scaling a Community-Based Program
Guided organizational recovery and expansion for a nonprofit serving youth with disabilities. As an active Board Member, led efforts to stabilize operations during the pandemic, improve financial structures, and secure new funding. Co-developed a sustainable growth strategy that positioned the program to serve more students with stronger systems and greater long-term resilience.
