Transforming educational visions into tangible outcomes often requires a catalyst and partnership. Jill Vogt serves as a trusted ally to education system leaders. After starting in financial services and earning an MBA from Duke University, she transitioned to education and has almost 20 years of experience working across school districts, state education agencies, and businesses. Her innovative, people-first, and action-oriented approaches empower leaders to activate strategic priorities amidst complex challenges. Specializing in strategy development, analysis, and capacity building, she directs high-priority initiatives from policy and design to implementation and evaluation.

Jill has collaborated closely with educators at every level, from individual classrooms to state agencies. Her tenure at Amplify Education, during its high-growth phase as Wireless Generation, provided invaluable experience in designing and implementing digital literacy and math programs across the country. This, combined with her extensive consulting partnerships with education leaders and researchers and her role at Portland Public Schools, where she served as a Director in Research, Assessment, and Accountability, equips her with a comprehensive understanding of the education landscape.

Jill's work is anchored in evidence-based approaches and designed in collaboration with those integral to the improvements, ensuring they are responsive to local needs and objectives. Her ability to navigate the complexities of the education system ensures effective partnerships, activation of priorities and systemic change.
